You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for return
Returned items must be, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and original packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Sealed cosmetic and hair care products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
• Products that have been opened or used
These products cannot be returned after opening.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within 14 days after receiving your order:

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
